John Lyons has been creating art of the female nude for almost 20 years. Starting from a converted loft, using desk lamps for lighting he has progressed to a full commercial studio in Stockport, where he regularly photographs private clients to produce Fine Art Nudes capable of hanging in any public art gallery. His clients come from all walks of life and are typically ladies over 30 years old, who have had children and want to feel good abut their bodies again. Most have never taken their clothes off other than to a doctor or loving partner before the shoot, yet John's unique skill is to encourage the women to look forward to the shoot with prudent anticipation, rather than anxious fear. John regularly exhibits in Stockport and the surrounding area. Now, he is developing his service to include "classy" wannabe model portfolios, model websites and his own photoschool (J27photoschool) which teaches all aspects of his photography and provides occasional FREE workshops to camera clubs and community organisations.
