City Fashion Photography CompetitionCongratulations to Irene Graham with this image. Irene tells us ''The photo was inspired by Helmut Newton who's photos I have admired ever since I was a child.
In May this year someone fainted at the wheel and crashed head on into my car resulting in a broken ankle. I have been in cast for 3 months and have only just moved into a boot, but still not able to fully weight bear on my left ankle.
This has had a massive impact on my passion for photography. So finally, using a knee scooter, and with the help of a fantastic team, we made this photoshoot happen. Tracy from Make-up Monkey was our make up artist, Hayley Derbyshire, owner of Fore Hair, styled the hair and I sourced and styled the outfit. My husband Dave, the other half of NeumannGraham Photographers, supported the shoot.
We also decided on the location together which is Eagle Lane in Frome, Somerset. One of the oldest streets in Frome and a fantastic location providing texture, leading lines and amazing foregrounds and backdrops.
The photo was shot using a Nikon D750 on a 24-70 Nikon lens and a Lencarta Safari 2 light kit as well as a Yongnuo flash as a separation light.
