Classical Nude Photography Competition Contributions to Neil Hobday with this winning image. Neil from Kent, England has won 12 months membership to the Society of International Fashion and Glamour Photographers.

Neil tells us about the winning image - Camera: Nikon D700, ISO 200, 1/125th at f4.5

Studio shoot using a plain black backdrop, one light with soft box from the right at about 45 degrees. I used a simple white translucent cloth as a prop during the shoot which had a slight sheen and created a few highlights. I was looking for a simple pose, from model Rachelle, with some curves and shape to the figure. I also wanted well defined make-up to emphasise the eyes and lips.

Post production include some skin smoothing, desaturation and just a little cropping to achieve the final composition.
