Creative portraits and fine art nudes.

At the Societies Convention 2014 Trevor and Faye will be once again giving an engaging Superclass as a follow up to last year's 'Dark Circus'. Producing creative portraits will be the aim of the class and participants should expect to get involved and hopefully take away from great images. Expect surreal, dark and moody Ring Mistress' and Knife Throwers as a starting point to inspire you in your own personal work after the Convention. It will be a great opportunity to see how you can incorporate themes and styling into your shoots.

Trevor and Faye will also be delivering a Masterclass discussing their approach to shooting fine art nudes. Many photographers shoot nudes for their personal work but few can count it as an income stream within their business. Several years ago Trevor and Faye were awarded what must be one of the largest commissions to supply fine art nude prints in the country. A prestigious boutique hotel in Edinburgh now proudly displays their photography in every bedroom and suite within the hotel and the commission itself has led to many more sales since. Trevor and Faye will be discussing how this huge commission came about as well as also talking about their own unique approach to fine art nude photography.

I asked Faye what she would like delegates to take away from the Masterclass and she very simply told me 'A little bit of our mentality towards fine art nudes and the inspiration to try out the things we will talk about'.
