Hi, I'm Jo 👋, a photographer based in Cheddar, Somerset, England, available for photography services across the surrounding areas.
My name is Jo Connor and I'm a Somerset-based portrait photographer specialising in babies, children, families, and pets.
I'm not just “a nice person with a camera”! I hold professional qualifications with the Master Photographers Association and the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers, and was proud to be awarded Monochrome Photographer of the Year 2012 by the latter.
In 2013, I relocated my studio to much larger premises in Cheddar. With two dedicated studio areas, we're able to comfortably accommodate larger family groups as well as individual and smaller portrait sessions.
I deliberately photograph no more than two clients a day, giving me the flexibility to work around your schedule. If weekends or early evenings are more convenient for you, that's absolutely fine.
I have an easy-going nature and aim to make every session relaxed, enjoyable, and fun. I believe that when people feel comfortable in front of the camera, it shows in the photographs – and you'll have a much more enjoyable experience too.
So whether you're bringing the whole family, your children, your new baby, or a much-loved pet, I'll make sure you feel at ease throughout your session.
