The second Di 866 was again to camera left behind my father's chair, the head 'zoomed' to about 85mm to restrict the spill of light. It was positioned to back-light the chair and also highlight the trophies and the framed picture.
In the complete opposite of the previous image the maximum flash sync speed was set to radically cut out any ambient light as 'fill' in the room, in fact the day was so bright we even had to shut the blinds and draw the curtains!!!
I LOVE this image and sincerely hope you do to.
Funny thing though, both images have virtually the same ingredients, they are just 'Mixed' in a different way to use a famous BIG Dog analogy, it's a little like cooking...same raw ingredients - mix them one way you get a pancake do things a little differently and you get a souffle!!!
